Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Axiom Advisory ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Description of Services

Axiom Advisory provides business consulting services to B2B organizations. Our services include:

  • Initial Consultation: A structured advisory session to assess your business situation and identify key challenges.
  • Advisory Package: A comprehensive engagement covering strategy, operations, or growth planning delivered over multiple sessions.
  • Ongoing Consulting: Sustained advisory support with scope and pricing agreed upon individually.

Axiom Advisory is a business consulting firm only. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, lender, or any form of regulated financial service provider. Nothing in our services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed upfront and in full prior to the commencement of any engagement. Payment is required before any consulting sessions, deliverables, or advisory work begins.

Prices are as listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change. The price applicable to your engagement is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

For custom or ongoing consulting engagements, payment terms will be specified in a separate written agreement prior to the start of the engagement.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. "Delivered" means that any portion of the agreed services has been provided, including but not limited to: the commencement of a consultation session, delivery of written materials, or the provision of any advisory guidance.

If a scheduled session has not yet occurred and no preparatory work has been delivered, requests for refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

For ongoing consulting engagements, either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for services not yet delivered at the time of termination will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Axiom Advisory does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or financial performance. The effectiveness of our recommendations depends on implementation quality, market conditions, organizational factors, and circumstances outside our control. Our services provide structured guidance and frameworks; results are the responsibility of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials provided by Axiom Advisory as confidential.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and deliverables created by Axiom Advisory are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes. Resale or redistribution of our materials is not permitted without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Advisory's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
